  • The RSA Centennial Hill Building was built on the final available land from the original purchase of the St. Margret’s hospital property.
  • The building exterior is primarily precast and high efficiency glazing and includes many common RSA features. The interior is class A office space like other high end RSA offices.
  • Revenue wanted the building because it allowed them to consolidate most of their operations and would make them more efficient. The building design and colocation with the RSA Criminal Justice Complex addressed security and safety concerns. They were also interested in the design aesthetic and building features to help them recruit and keep employees.
  • The building name refers to the historic Centennial Hill area of Montgomery. Centennial Hill was recently designated National Historic.
  • Similar to other RSA Buildings, the Centennial Hill building includes exterior sculptures that tie the building to the history of the area and community.
