Office Building Portfolio

The real estate properties of the Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA) are located in Montgomery, Mobile, and New York City.
The Montgomery properties consist of eight Class A office buildings, seven parking decks, an early learning center, activity center, and a park.
In Mobile, RSA owns three Class A office building and three parking decks. The RSA also owns the largest office building in New York City, which includes an underground parking garage.
