This RFP solicits vendor proposals for various SOC 1 and 2 reports. These reports shall be prepared for each of fiscal years 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028, and shall be prepared in accordance with Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 21. Type 2 SOC 1 reports should particularly focus on the areas of investment transactions and cycle, member contributions and reporting, member retirement/withdrawal disbursement and participant data.  RSA will also require the SOC 3 report for the Type 2 SOC 1 report. 

RSA is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Management firms to provide program and construction management and other construction related services for a new Alabama State House. The services to be provided in response to this RFP will be in addition to and in support of the contract for architectural services previously awarded under RFP RE23-010.

The purpose of this RFP is for the RSA to establish a contract with a qualified Offeror that will provide security guard and consulting services related to RSA’s office buildings and other facilities, as described in this RFP.
