Welcome to the new RSA Web site at our new address www.rsa-al.gov. In addition to the new  web address, this site contains the new and improved Member Online Services system. All RSA members can register and easily change their address online, add or update their  phone number and email address .  In addition,  PEEHIP members can view their current PEEHIP coverages, update their student dependent’s status, change coverages, enroll in new coverages, and/or enroll or re-enroll in flexible spending accounts during Open Enrollment which begins July 1, 2009  and ends on midnight September 10, 2009 .  In the future ERS, TRS and RSA-1 members will be able to view their accounts and submit forms online.
