If you are having difficulty opening one of our forms or publications, there may be a problem with the version of Adobe Reader you are using.  An error message may display stating the file is corrupt or damaged.  If this happens, please try the following steps:

  1. Update your Adobe Reader.  To do this, click here to go to the Adobe site and download the most current version of Adobe Reader.  Once the file has been downloaded, install the application and attempt to view the document or publication again.
  2. Try to print the document directly.  If the software update does not work, right click the form or document link and select the “Print Target” option.  This should open the print dialog box so you can send the file directly to your printer.
  3. Contact our Service Desk.  If you are still unable to print the document, please contact our Service Desk at 877-517-0020 and notify them of the problem.  We are currently working on correcting this problem and may have to mail a hard copy of the document to you.
